A hydrogel platform technology
Oxford Medical Products has developed ‘Sirona’, a gastroretentive hydrogel platform technology that is currently in human clinical trials as a weight-loss treatment and has potential applications to drug and nutraceutical delivery, and biosensors.
Our pipeline
Our lead asset Sirona is at the clinical development stage and currently in a UK-based clinical trial as a weight management tool. Based on the core hydrogel technology, we have commenced development of drug delivery systems for both small molecules and biologics.
Partnering
We partner with drug developers to deliver their APIs using our hydrogel-based long-term gastroretentive drug delivery system.
